Unit was very clean and very very comfortable. The sunsets from the back deck were absolutely breathtaking with the sky changing colors every two minutes. The sun setting in The West was visible to the left of the deck. The morning vistas were just as awesome as the clouds rolled into the valley below. There was no A/C but we left the patio door open so it was not missed however, a screen door on the patio would have been a plus.
